Mr. Kim has been serving authentic Chinese food for the local East Bay communities for over 30 years. Both Mr. Kim and our team value the trusting relationship that has been developed with our neighbors over the years.
Mr. Kim believes in the synergies that can be achieved through the combination of healthy Halal ingredients and traditional Chinese cooking. Through close collaborations with other local Halal food providers, Mr. Kim has seamlessly mastered the optimal way to integrate the use of Halal ingredients with the art of Chinese cuisine.
